| Description | ‘Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian’ (PG) Starring Ben Stiller, Amy Adams, Owen Wilson, Hank Azaria, Robin Williams, Ricky Gervais, Steve Coogan. Directed by Shawn Levy. Running time: 105 mins. Following the hugely successful prequel, Ben Stiller is back as the night watchman with the craziest job in the world. History comes alive, literally, when he tries to save the exhibits from a future in a storage area at the Smithsonian. While trying to save the day he must also battle some of history’s nastiest characters. With Ivan the Terrible, Napoleon Bonaparte and Al Capone, all conspiring with ancient Egyptian pharaoh Kahmunrah to take over the museum, followed of course by the world! You’d think the good guys wouldn’t stand a chance. Thank goodness just as many of history’s heroes are housed in the same building! Screening: Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th July @ 2.15pm. |
