Scottish Co-op Brass Band

The year 2008 sees the Scottish Co-op Band celebrate its 90th anniversary and is the most decorated brass band in Scottish history, having been champions 29 times and Champions of Great Britain twice. The band has regularly visited Europe as Scottish representatives in the European Brass Band Championships and has toured countries as far away as Australia.
The concert planned for the Aros Centre in Portree will see the band travelling to the Isle of Skye for the first time in its history. Members of the band are very much looking forward to this event as one of the highlights of the concert series.

The concert will be preceded by Free Fairtrade Wine Reception in the foyer from 6.30pm. to 7pm.

In addition, tickets will be £10 for all dividend card holders and the first 10 tickets for card holders will be free.
